Station Device Notifications are messages sent to locations in the purchase workflow, during specific events within the workflow.
A station is a physical location in the purchase workflow, like a manufacturing location or a delivery station.
A station devices is an interface like Thermal Printers located at station in the purchase workflow.
To create a new station device, go the admin site and in the upper-righr nav, click Comm, and Station Devices. Add a new record and give it a name.
To configure a station device, use the Station Device Setup tool. Go to the admin site, upper-right nav, click Tools, click Station Device Setup.
A Station Notifications is a method to notify a station of an event in the purchase workflow. Notifications can be setup for Email, Text Message, or Station Devices.
